3 Reasons Why Creating the 'KNOW, LIKE, & TRUST' Factor is Important for Your Website!

I have a real-life example of how your website can build the KNOW, LIKE, & TRUST factor for you 24/7, even while you enjoy family time over the weekend, on vacation, or even sleeping! That's a WIN-WIN in my book!

The example I'm sharing is my client, Danielle Zimmerman's website, DZ Therapy. Take a peek here if you'd like to see the live page.

Here are the top 3 reasons why this is so important:

  1. It shows potential clients that you are a "real" human.

Danielle's About page showcases a warm & welcoming photo of her in her office with a short video where you can "feel" her passion for wanting to help her clients heal. She also shares her approach, how she helps her clients, and what they can expect working with her.

  2. It is essential to help relieve concerns about working with you.

Danielle's About page also paints a picture of what it looks like to work with her. This can relieve a person's stress, anxiety, or concerns when deciding to work with her. This page also shares her background & credentials, which makes her stand out as an expert in her field.

  3. It is vital to help a potential clients see you as relatable.

Lastly, Danielle's About page also shares important FAQs and a scrollable photo album showing her working in her office and the relaxed environment she provides so you feel safe and comfortable with her. When you enter her office, you will immediately feel like you are in a familiar place after visiting her website before you arrive to your first appointment.

Danielle's website works for her 24/7 by doing the heavy lifting of sharing who she is, who she helps, how she helps, and why she could be an excellent fit for her potential clients. It will ultimately save her time on discovery calls AND lead to new clients potentially booking an appointment without a call first. That will lead to her being able to convert more clients quicker!

Here is what Danielle had to say just 5 months after her website launched...
